Thank you for your interest in the Eastbourne Triathlon. The distance on offer is the shortest we do here, due to the geography of the area. We hope we can welcome you, like 100’s of other ‘first timers’ to the event and you can come and take on a short-ish distance triathlon!

The events are held simultaneously but for separate medals and race results.

So currently it will look like:

7am: Pros and Wave 1
7:10am: Wave 2 triathlon and Aquabike
7:15am: Wave 3 SUP event

Thank you for your interest and question. A SUP is a ‘stand up paddle board’ and if you entered the SUP triathlon then you would be choosing to race the event using a SUP instead of swimming.
