There are no refunds issued in the majority of circumstances.

The organisers will, where possible, honour refunds or deferrals for those in the armed services or public forces (Police, Fire, Ambulance, NHS) as we appreciate it may not be possible to know your shift pattern. Please send us proof when requesting a refund.

Transfer of Entry

Transfer of entry to another participant is not allowed.

You may not participate in the event under another person’s name, as you will not be covered by insurance and risk other competitors.

Entries will not be transferred to a future year.
